The dolls turn out to be cursed immoral people who been slain then changed into toys.Only Ralph Morris & Judy are spared from the Dolls punnishments due to being pure of heart, so thanks to this they are both set free.During the beginning of the end credits, we see another group of people (and possible victims) having car problems and eventually heading towards the mansion.
