10/10. A priceless Christmas classic. A must watch for all families.
In this cartoon holiday classic, the Grinch is an irascible and belligerent green creature who hates the holidays (and everything else) almost as much as he hates himself. With his downcast dog, he manages to pilfer practically everything in one single night...until he meets adorable 2-year-old Cindy Lou Who. She restores his shrunken heart and together they enjoy a Merry Christmas together with her friends and family! This is nearly a must-see and can cheer even the most heavy of spirits.
Narrator: "Pooh-pooh to the Whos" he was grinchily humming.
The Grinch: They're finding out now that no Christmas is coming. They're just waking up, I know just what they'll do. Their mouths will hang open a minute or two. Then the Whos down in Whoville will all cry "booo-hooo."
Trivia: The iconic song, "You're a Mean One, Mr. Grinch" was sung by Thurl Ravenscroft. Mr. Ravenscroft (who died in 2005 at 91 years old) is also famous for providing the deep, resonant voice of Tony the Tiger, the brand mascot for Kellogg's Frosted Flakes.
