Plot hole: Near the end of the film it's revealed that Drew grew up poor with only his mother, who had to work double shifts to survive. So how did they afford that huge house? Even the Valcos are supposed to be struggling financially yet they now live in this massive house too.

Other mistake: When James Gandolfini hits Ben Affleck over the head with the shovel for burning something in his front yard, he falls, but his head never hits the ground. You can actually see Ben Affleck holding his head up a few inches off the ground. An impossible feat for someone who is supposed to be unconscious.
Tom Valco: I think your mom's starting to like your grandfather hitting on her.
Drew Latham: There's a sentence you don't often hear on Christmas Eve.
