Factual error: In one scene, the pitcher has an Atlanta Braves uniform on and the catcher has a Colorado Rockies uniform on. Unless this was an all star game, how could this be?

Factual error: When they show an overhead shot of the stadium (Candlestick Park), it is of a football game. Yet the film is about baseball.

Factual error: In the scene showing how great the Giants are doing after Primo's death, and Bobby gets his number 33 back, the clips keep showing San Fran in home and away jerseys at the wrong time. Since when does a home team play with their road jerseys on?

Continuity mistake: The point is made a couple of times in the movie that Bobby Rayburn is playing centerfield for the Giants and moving Juan Primo to LEFT field. But on Opening Day, when Rayburn and Primo collide in the outfield trying to catch a fly ball, Rayburn's moving to his left while Primo's moving to his right, indicating that Primo was playing RIGHT field.

Question: Primo has the number 11 in a shield branded on his shoulder. Is this something he did himself because the number always meant something to him, or was it done to him, and he decided to wear number 11 in response to it?
