Continuity mistake: When John Kruger and the woman are discovered in the Cyrez office using the computer, John grabs her with both arms and throws her to the ground. In the next shot, with them still falling on the ground, John now magically has his gun in his hand to start shooting, which isn't possible in the time difference from the previous shot, and the fact he was holding her with two hands. Continuity mistake: When Arnold blasts out of the warehouse with 2 EM Guns, a man is firing at him, standing right next to a surveillance van. Arnold fires back and blows the whole van up but the man is gone. (01:38:20)
Continuity mistake: After the court scene, when Arnold and Vanessa are making their exit toward the van, they get in, the van explodes and the camera pans to the underside of the van, showing Arnold pulling a manhole cover closed. The manhole cover was not there when they showed the van from a distance and they didn't have enough time to get in the van and escape through the bottom. Also, because several seconds passed before he closed the manhole cover you would have to assume he was still above ground when the bomb went off, therefore killing him. (01:46:20)
Continuity mistake: At the end, right before the train crashes into the limo, the back of the limo is facing the blocking rail. However, after the train hits the limo, the front half of the car is right next to the rail, and the rear half is nowhere to be seen. (01:48:30)
Continuity mistake: When Lee's disc is delivered (and stolen) from evidence lockup, the courier delivers the disc inside a briefcase. He hands it over while holding it with just one hand. In the next shot, he's holding it with both hands.
Continuity mistake: As Johnny tells Kruger about his cousin, he drops his hand. A second later, he does it again.
Continuity mistake: As Kruger puts the dead gangsters on the lawn, he pulls out a bag filled with fake blood. A second later, it suddenly changes to two photos of the victims.
Continuity mistake: In the beginning of the movie when John Kruger goes to Lee's house with the balloons; Darryl gets shot and John and Lee leave the house, get in the van and drive away. One of the guys outside shoots at the van twice, shattering the back two windows and putting two bullet holes in the windshield. In the next shot of John and Lee through the windshield, there are no bullet holes. The shot after that when they drive away, the shattered windows are not shattered anymore - you can see the reflection of light on the windows as they drive off.
