Visible crew/equipment: After the gardening tools attack Roger in the shed, when Roger loads the shotgun to confront the marlin mounted on the wall, just as he enters the room and stops, the boom operator's raised arm is visible on the left side of the screen. (00:43:45)

Visible crew/equipment: After Roger shoots the Witch, when Harold goes to his window he sees Roger's shotgun and calls the police. In the next shot, as Roger kneels beside the body, we can see the black screen equipment on the porch, on the left side of the screen. (00:46:05)

Visible crew/equipment: After the dog digs up the Witch's hand, when Roger repeatedly shouts, "Stay!" the dog bolts, and as the canine runs out of the yard, we see there's someone standing behind the tall bush as the dog turns toward this person. Then, when Roger fails to catch the dog, as he tries to open the car doors, the reflection of a crew member is visible on the car's rear window. (00:58:40)

Continuity mistake: When Roger returns from leaving his partner Ben who is captured by the Vietnam enemy, note the position in which Harold is holding the stoker object in his right hand whilst propped on the mattress, it moves from his stomach to his upper chest between cuts.
