Other mistake: One of the guys goes and gets supplies, and returns with his station wagon filled, and there's no tailgate - stuff would have been falling out way out there in the country.

Revealing mistake: On the last building on the getaway run, the door is already open - if it had been closed it would have been too hard for the dogs to open.

Other mistake: When they push the elevator to come down it opens and they slowly load all 5 dogs. No elevator would have stayed open that long. They push all the floors, and when it stops the doors only stay open for 5-6 seconds on each floor, until the last floor where it doesn't close until the camera switches.
