Everyone dies but Jessie Burlingame (Eliza Dushku) and Chris Finn (Desmond Harrington). They do kill the bad guys and do so by setting their house on fire and it blows up. During the credits a police officer pulls up to the burnt down house and is killed by the smallest mountain man who supposedly survived, hinting at a sequel.
