Corrected entry: When Otis skins the father of the girl, he puts the man's flesh onto his own face, masquerading himself as the father. When the girl looks at his face she says "Daddy" but it is quite silly because removing someone's skin would not reproduce their face, it is the bone structure beneath the skin that produces the uniqueness of human features. In reality, Otis would just have a layer of bloody skin on, he would never look like the man he took it from.
Correction: As the girl says "Daddy", I'm sure she might be in a bit of shock from the torture she had received from the firefly family. Seeing even a glimpse of what her father resembled is enough to trigger said response.
Corrected entry: The police turn up at the killers house and are summarilly dispatched, they probably would have radioed in were they were going. Even if they didn't some more cops would have been sent, it is almost impossible for more cops to not show up (probably in force also.).
Correction: I believe that was the sheriff and his deputy... of a VERY small "village" so to speak. They might not have had anyone to radio to or could have just told dispatch they were driving the back roads, which meant the entire area.
Corrected entry: In the scene in which Captain Spaulding is handing Stucky the key to the bathroom, the prop hand that is attached to the key is shooting the finger in the shot with Captain Spaulding, but doing the sign of the devil in the next shot when Stucky is holding the key.
Correction: It's not unreasonable to think that as Stucky is "sitting" on the toilet, he might play with the bendable fingers on the prop hand; thus, the devil sign in the next shot.
Corrected entry: In the scene where the kids are attempting to flee the Firefly house in their car, the shot that shows Otis approaching the car also shows that the windshield wipers are on. In the shot where he smashes the windshield, a few seconds later, they are not. (00:39:00)
Correction: This is because when the window is smahsed, the wipers break so they cannot move.
Corrected entry: On the television news report, the 5 cheerleaders are said to have disappeared after a football game. When we hear the news on the radio (when Baby and Bill walk to the house and leave the other 3 in the car) the cheerleaders are said to be last seen leaving a spirit competition.
Correction: Many football games have a spirit competition in them during half-time.
Correction: The wound on the left side of his head was likely caused by the bullet exiting.
