Plato's Run

Plot hole: Near the beginning, Plato tells his daughter that his friend Sam is shipping out for Kuwait the next day. However, the movie seems to forget this, as Sam never leaves for Kuwait, and is in fact an integral part of the film.

Continuity mistake: When Plato and Sam are driving the van (right before they pass the elderly woman) you can clearly see they are driving through palm-tree Miami. But when it switches to the internal view, the greenscreen scenery shows mountainous pine forests.

Trivia: When the FBI is tracking Sam outside his house and Sam makes a go for it on a motorcycle, it begins to rain. An agent runs out of his car and up to a wet boardwalk to watch Sam speed off. As he does this he slips hard and lands on his rear end and then gets back up again.
