Continuity mistake: Guy watches an old TV western as Rosemary lies down in bed. The TV only has one wire dangling from the bottom of it but in the next shot as the phone rings with Hutch's phone call, it now has two wires dangling from the bottom. (01:08:05)
Continuity mistake: Hutch calls wanting to speak to Rosemary who's lying down on the right side of the bed. Guy brings in the phone and places it on the bed for her. When he puts it down the blanket on the left side is perfectly smoothed and tucked in but when he takes the phone back from her the blanket is messed up, and she hasn't gone near that side of the bed. (01:08:30)
Continuity mistake: Guy talks about Hutch and says to Rosemary who's lying in bed, "I think those boys adventure stories are going to his head". The pile of magazines to her right moves toward the edge of the night table between shots without being touched. (01:09:10)
Continuity mistake: Hutch calls and wants to speak to Rosemary who is lying down in bed reading a book. After the conversation Guy asks her, "What was that?" and the book she was reading is now flipped over and underneath the phone. (01:09:10)
Continuity mistake: When Rosemary goes to visit Minnie to inform her she's going out for a while, she rings the doorbell, and we hear it chime. Later, at Minnie and Romans while everyone is gathered around the baby, another guest arrives, rings the doorbell, and it's a very different chime. (01:10:13 - 02:12:08)
Continuity mistake: In their bedroom Rosemary packs her suitcase for the hospital visit, as Guy looks on. At first the window behind her is bathed in a bluish light than in the next shot the curtains are in white light. (01:23:45)
Continuity mistake: Rosemary takes a taxi cab to Hutch's funeral and the driver parks the taxi as he waits for her. The next time we see the cab it's been moved and is parked at a different angle than the first time we saw it. (01:25:00 - 01:26:05)
Continuity mistake: Rosemary takes out a Scrabble game from the book shelf to try to figure out what the anagram means. If you look at the lamp in the center of the shot you'll notice that it's behind the chess set on the table. No one goes near it but later in the scene the lamp has been moved to the right of the chess set. (01:28:25 - 01:29:40)
Continuity mistake: Rosemary takes out the Scrabble game from the book shelf and we see a statue on the table to the left of the lamp. In all of the close-up shots of her face this statue is not there, then later in the scene it returns again. (01:28:25)
Continuity mistake: Rosemary takes out the Scrabble game again to try to figure out what the anagram that Hutch warns her about means. "All Of Them Witches" is spelled out and she proceeds to jumble up those letters. If you look closely in the next shot she's working on an entirely different section of the floor. (01:28:35)
Continuity mistake: As she tries to figure out the anagram, Rosemary only uses the Scrabble letters that spell out "All Of Them Witches" yet the order of the other Scrabble letters at the top of the screen change between shots. (01:28:50)
Continuity mistake: When Rosemary is playing Scrabble the angle of the shadow of her head on her collar changes between shots. (01:29:00)
Continuity mistake: Rosemary tries a third time to figure out the anagram with the Scrabble letters and comes up with "elf shot lame witch". She tries a fourth time and comes up with "how his hell fact me". She decides to give up and begins putting the letters away when she has an idea and pulls the book close to her and we see the wrong set of letters back on the floor "elf shot lame witch". (01:29:10)
Continuity mistake: After she figures out the anagram using her Scrabble game Rosemary unlocks the front door and lets Guy in. They both walk into the kitchen and the book "All Of Them Witches" is sitting on the kitchen table. They walk out of the kitchen only to return later and the book has spun around and is opened to a different page on the table (just about everything else on the table with the chairs included have also moved). (01:30:55)
Continuity mistake: Rosemary and Guy walk back into the kitchen as she shows him the book Hutch gave her and if you look out the kitchen window it's an entirely different time of day then it was a minute ago as they walked out of the kitchen. Several items on the window ledge and countertop have also been moved between the two shots of them in the kitchen. (01:31:20)
Continuity mistake: Guy follows Rosemary into the kitchen where she shows him the book Hutch gave her, "All Of Them Witches". If you look at the calendar at the right of the shot it's obvious someone other than them has been looking at it as the top month is curled up the second time we see it. (01:31:25)
Continuity mistake: After telling Guy that she doesn't want Minnie or Roman setting foot in their apartment again Rosemary sits down in their living room and reads from the book "All Of Them Witches". If you look closely at the second shelf in the bookcase on the left of the screen several books (primarily a red one) have been added between shots. (01:33:10)
Continuity mistake: When the taxi cab pulls out taking Minnie and Roman to the airport there's a red car in front of them. The next time we see the cab a few seconds later there's a white car in front of them. (01:35:35)
Continuity mistake: Rosemary looks for her book "All Of Them Witches" and Guy replies, "Oh, I put it in the garbage" as she reaches around the bookcase. In the next shot she's touching a different book with her left hand. (01:35:50)
Continuity mistake: After Rosemary speaks to Dr. Sapirstein's receptionist about an appointment she sits down in the waiting room and the receptionist asks her how hot it is outside. She doesn't move yet several things move behind the receptionist's head in the two shots she's in. The ash trays above the windowed file cabinet behind her move from the right side to the left side and the two small file cabinets above the large file cabinet to her right also move. (01:40:10)

Chosen answer: Roman Castavet is trying to get Rosemary's attention, and she says "Be quiet, you're in Dubrovnik, I can't hear you". That was in reference to the fact that Roman and Minnie were supposed to have gone to Majorca or Dubrovnik after she found out that Roman was supposedly dying (which was just a lie Rosemary was told so she wouldn't suspect them when her baby was taken). Roman and Minnie got in a cab and pretended to go to the airport, but never left town.
