Continuity mistake: When Jack Burton and the rest of the gang escape from the Wing Kong Trade Centre the first time, the guards fire at the left side of the bus breaking the windows and making holes in the bodywork. When we see the bus a few seconds later as it is driving away, it appears undamaged.
Continuity mistake: When Jack runs Lo Pan over with the truck, he signals Jack to drive towards him. A shot later when the truck hits him, his hand is lowered.
Suggested correction: Between the robe LoPan wears and angle of the camera, it can't be determined if his hand is lowered, or in the same position.
You can tell the hand is lowered because his hand should be visible as it was above his shoulder. And to point out the obvious, when it cuts to the front of the truck, it's a dummy in place, so we know his hand isn't up. We also see the dummy fall over as it's hit making it more obvious the hand isn't raised.
Revealing mistake: After Lo Pan jumps over the truck, the dead soldier on the ground is replaced by a very obvious doll.
Continuity mistake: While driving, Jack holds Miao's picture. In the close-up his fingers disappear.
Continuity mistake: When Lo Pan stabs the needle, the way he grabs the arm and the position of the needle change between instant cuts.
Continuity mistake: When both gangs run towards each other, the gang on the left runs past a white board with a dead guy lying on the floor and a birdcage above. The shot changes to the opposite gang, then back to them, and they're running past the same spot again. Another shot of the other guys running, shot back to the first group, and they're running past the same place yet again. Also, the man on the far left differs between shots.
Revealing mistake: When Jack is launched backwards, a safety pad protrudes under his shirt. (00:32:12)
Continuity mistake: When the flying soldiers appear, there's a wide shot and Jack and Wang disappear from inside the truck.
