New Hampshire does not issue Learner's Permits. NH law is that the driver must be at least 15 1/2 years of age and accompanied by a licensed driver who is at least 25. You can then get a license at 16.

Suzanne Stone Maretto: You're not anybody in America unless you're on TV. On TV is where we learn about who we really are. Because what's the point of doing anything worthwhile if nobody's watching? And if people are watching, it makes you a better person.
Question: At the end of movie there is a 2 story building with a porch and a small boat or canoe next to it, Where is that building?
Answer: It was an abandoned boat house, a storage place for marine equipment. Oars, nets, fishing gear. Since it was winter, the hit man knew nobody would be there.
