After the villains' submarines surface, Batman and Robin beat them all up. Batman tries to save Kitka only to discover that Kitka was really Catwoman in disguise. Commodore Schmidlapp sneezes all over the dehydrated world leaders and mixes all of the dust up. Batman and Robin take all the dust back to the Batcave to try and put the dust back in the right order. They return to the United Nations to rehydrate the leaders and it turns out that each leader speaks a different language than the one he spoke originally. Batman comments that "This strange mixing of minds may be the greatest single service ever performed for humanity!" He and Robin then climb out the window and that's the end ... ?

Continuity mistake: When Bruce Wayne escapes from the United Underworld (Joker, Penguin, Riddler and Catwoman), he climbs to the top of their hideout (Ye Olde Benbow Taverne) and jumps from the top of the roof (to the water below). But in the next shot, Bruce now jumps from the edge of the roof and dives into the water. (00:54:20)

Question: What does Riddler sing just before the final fight on the sub?

Answer: The Riddler doesn't sing at all. He yells to the henchmen on board, "Prepare to repell boarders!" He does it in a almost musical way, true, but there's no song.
