Revealing mistake: Michael Douglas pulls up to the curb to park his car. When he opens his door, it hits a fire hydrant, which moves! This is very easy to spot. (01:08:50)
Continuity mistake: In the scene where James Leer is getting dressed in Crabtree's room, we first see James wearing just a pair of white underwear. The scene cuts away from him for a couple of seconds, and then cuts to him again, only this time he is wearing black pants. He couldn't possibly have gotten dressed that quickly. (01:21:40)
Terry Crabtree: Let me get this straight. Jerry Nathan owes you money, so as collateral he gives you his car.
Grady Tripp: Only I'm beginning to think that the car wasn't exactly Jerry's to give.
