Continuity mistake: When Steven Seagal is in the limo, he's clearly very poorly green screened in. Then, between shots, there is an indention on the back seat next to him where someone would have been sitting; then this indention vanishes. Also, a tray of food and cups appears on the back of the car between shots. (00:17:20)
Continuity mistake: In the graveyard, Frank is talking to Charlotte next to a tree. It cuts to a shot of Swilly for a brief moment, then back to Frank and Charlotte again, and suddenly he's standing much closer to her. (00:16:36)
