Trivia: Peter Dinklage plays Toxie's human form Winston and also recorded all the character's dialogue as the "Toxic Avenger." But Toxie, in his final "Toxic Avenger" form, is physically played by a woman named Luisa Guerreiro under heavy makeup, as Dinklage was very uncomfortable with the excessive prosthetics. Guerreiro and Dinklage worked closely together to create the physical mannerisms of Toxie so their performances would match, and so Guerreiro could more naturally lip-sync Dinklage's dialogue.
Trivia: Despite being completed in 2023 and screened at several festivals, the film was dubbed "unreleasable" due to its gory content and shelved indefinitely. It was finally acquired by another company and given a theatrical release in 2025 after the success of films like the "Terrifier" movies, which were box-office hits despite being released unrated.
