Continuity mistake: The number of elves is usually the same, but their hat colors vary greatly from scene to scene. In the beginning, there's turquoise, purple, pink, and yellow. When Persephone is first going to sit, there are no purple ones, and the turquoise are more blue. When they are dancing around her throne, it is only yellow and turquoise. When Pluto arises, they are yellow, pink, purple, and turquoise again. After Persephone is dragged to the underworld, it's the same colors, but also now dark blue, red, and orange ones appear. Then, when winter is starting, and they are shivering outside, it's back to pink, purple, yellow, and turquoise. Then, in their last scene, dancing around her, once again only yellow and turquoise. Continuity mistake: After the fawn lays down next to the creek, watching the dwarves dance by playing music, the spot on the fawn's front shoulder blinks out of existence for a frame, then comes back. (00:00:40)

Continuity mistake: At the start, some dwarves begin dancing along the way with instruments as wildlife watches them from across a creek. There is a young deer fawn standing there with large spots on its back. When it's standing, its legs are clear of spots and just solid brown. Yet as the fawn starts to lay down, the spots move across its fur and when it's fully lying down, the spots are now on its back legs and knee. (00:00:40)

Continuity mistake: As the elves are dancing along the creek playing their instruments, each one with a different colour hat has a different instrument. In this shot, the ones with the yellow hat have a horn, and the ones with purple hats have a harp. However, after the dissolve to a closer shot, these have swapped, with the yellow hats now having harps and the purple hats having horns. The rest of the elves remain the same. (00:00:45)

Continuity mistake: As Persephone is dancing along the path to get to her throne, in the background there is a gazebo sitting on a hill with trees behind it and bushes in front of it. Later, when Pluto is rising up from Hell, we get another shot of the gazebo and the trees behind it have changed, as well as the bushes in front of it that have vanished. (00:01:05 - 00:02:15)

Continuity mistake: When Persephone first goes to her throne, the design on the front of the chair is a trapezoid shape. But later, after the world is freezing in winter with her gone, the throne is shown again, and the front design on the chair is now perfectly rectangular. (00:01:10 - 00:05:50)

Continuity mistake: As Persephone is being escorted to her throne and dancing, a fawn is standing next to it and perfectly still. As Persephone stands and her arm passes over the image of the fawn, its nose suddenly fades to white. Then, as she's about to sit down, the nose blinks black, then white, then black again. (00:01:15)

Continuity mistake: After Persephone sits down, some flowers run up to the base of her throne and bow before her. They are still a good distance away from the stone base of her throne. And there is also a significant distance between her feet and the edge of the base. When the image dissolves to the next shot, not only are the flowers suddenly right up next to the stone base, but so are her feet right near the edge. (00:01:25)

Continuity mistake: After Persephone sits down, two rows of sentient flowers walk up and take a bow. Each row is 8 flowers, alternating between white and blue. In the first shot, both rows are arranged the same with a blue flower on the far right and a white flower on the far left. Then when it dissolves to a close-up, the back row of flowers is now switched to have white on the far right and blue on the far left. (00:01:25)

Continuity mistake: When the sentient flowers bow before Persephone at her throne, there are some crushed red non-sentient flowers or roses on the ground near them, with some of the other flowers standing on them. Then, after the camera dissolves to a closer angle with the sentient flowers still bowing, the red flowers on the ground have vanished. (00:01:26)

Continuity mistake: When the dancing flowers form a wreath for Persephone, there are 16 flowers that make it up. After she is dragged down to Hell and her wreath left behind on the hill, there are now only 12 flowers in the wreath. (00:01:44 - 00:03:25)

Continuity mistake: After the flowers at Persephone's feet finish dancing, they form a wreath for the birds to place on her head. As they are dancing and then lying down to form the wreath, the blue flowers have a yellow disk inside, while the white flowers have a red disk. But then, when the birds are placing the wreath on Persephone's head, the blue flowers suddenly all have red disks like the white flowers. (00:01:45)

Continuity mistake: When Persephone is on her throne, she has large horn-like cornucopia structures behind and next to her. When the camera is in a close shot as the birds put a wreath on her head, the cornucopias have vanished, only to return again after she is nuzzling one of the birds on her shoulder and the camera cuts to a far shot once more. (00:01:55)

Continuity mistake: After Pluto arises from Hell, we get a side shot of Persephone's throne. In this angle, several things about her throne and the items around it have changed. The throne itself is wider, the curls of the arm rests are smaller, the cornucopias have shrunk and have less food in them, some of the fruit in front of the cornucopias has changed or disappeared, the stems on the pumpkins change, and one of the trees behind her throne is now much closer and beside her. (00:02:17)

Continuity mistake: When Pluto first walks up to Persephone and bows, the tree next to her throne with flowers on it is visible. After he tells her he's chosen her to be queen, it cuts to a close-up of her protesting, and now we see the tree again, but all the flowers have changed. A white one has disappeared, and now it's a closer cluster of orange and red flowers with no pink ones. (00:02:50)

Continuity mistake: When Pluto takes Persephone away to the Underworld, her flower chaplet remains lying on the ground up above, and the elves find it. However, when they arrive in the Underworld and Pluto carries Persephone to the throne, her flower chaplet is still adorning her head, but then it vanishes before he crowns her a queen. (00:03:20)

Continuity mistake: After the hole to hell seals back up, the flower wreath is left sitting on a small hill. In the next shot, as an elf is running up to it, suddenly the hill has more than tripled in size. (00:03:24)

Continuity mistake: After Persephone is taken down to Hell, the elves rush to the hill where her wreath is to investigate. Suddenly, there are two elves wearing red hats amongst them when there were no red hats among them at any point prior to this. (00:03:28)

Continuity mistake: When Pluto carries Persephone down into Hell and sets her on her new underworld throne, a pot or cauldron of jewels appears next to the throne that was not there in the previous shot. (00:03:48)

Continuity mistake: After Pluto sets Persephone on her new throne in Hell, he stands up straight and puts his hands on his hips. It cuts to a close-up of him, and suddenly a demon carrying her new crown on a pillow appears, walking up to Pluto. Just appears between shots. (00:03:56)
