Continuity mistake: When Joachim is taken to the room where the arrowhead is, his guide has both hands together. A shot later the right one is lowered and the left one is raised. (00:06:17)
Continuity mistake: The boat narrowly escapes going over the waterfall and turns down another tributary. In the overhead shot the river here still looks very choppy but when we see everybody on the boat, the water behind them is going very slow.
Continuity mistake: After the intro, the scene dissolves into a map that resembles the branches that trapped Aguirre. A shot later the design of the map is different.
Continuity mistake: When Lily enters the room to steal the arrowhead, she holds a drawing with her right arm raised. From the opposite angle it's lowered.
Continuity mistake: The first time Lily meets Joachim, he holds a Zulu Iklwa and shows it to her. From the opposite angle the Iklwa is in a different position, and he's repeating the previous movement.
