Mr. Guttman: Hello, Dr. Marvin. The house looks good.
Mrs. Guttman: Burn in hell, Dr. Marvin.
Trivia: Bill Murray and Richard Dreyfus did not like each other in real life, and were actually hostile to each other on several occasions during the shooting. This real-life hostility may have actually fed the on-screen chemistry of their characters.
