Army of the Dead is a 2021 Zombie Horror gore-fest with a bank heist tagged onto it for good measure. Dave Bautista and others are soldiers of fortune who try to rob a heavily secure casino vault in Las Vegas before the city is blown up via nuclear missile strike. They have to overcome shamblers (regular zombies) as well as animated animals like decomposing white tiger Valentine and more elite undead such as leaders Zeus and Alpha Queen. Fans of carnage rejoice as this has lots of action, violence and depravity but low on actual plot.

Mistakes

Plot hole: Unless Tanaka is lying, the fact that aircraft cannot fly INTO Las Vegas but can fly OUT of Las Vegas makes absolutely no sense. The whole point of a quarantine zone is to keep people INSIDE.

Trivia: When the gang first get into Vegas (I think before the first one dies), they pass a billboard advertising a magician named Larry Fong. Fong is a longtime collaborator of Zack Snyder, being his cinematographer on BvS, 300 and Watchmen, and is also a licensed magician.
