Tenet

Other mistake: When the protagonist is making the exchange via the BMW and tries to slip the Algorithm into the passing car (himself), the window of the car is up, so there's no way he could have thrown it in. (01:19:55 - 01:33:55)

Other mistake: In the theatre/opera scene the whole hall full of people are put into sleep with gas attack. They pass out in seconds. A minute later the compromised agent jumps from the private room to the same hall without any oxygen mask... and is completely fine. (00:02:30 - 00:03:50)

Other mistake: In the end credits, the cast is listed in order of appearance, but the listing of some cast members is inconsistent with how they first appear in the movie. Immediately following the credit for Crosby (Michael Caine), the next few characters listed are Shipley's Representative - Kat - Max - Volkov - Gaunt Russian - Nanny. This does not match up with the movie. After the scene with Crosby, the Protagonist is shown watching Kat outside a school visiting Max, who is with the Nanny. The next scene he goes to Shipley's, where he is greeted by the representative, and in the scene after that, he goes to a restaurant where he meets Volkov and fights the Russian bodyguards. The correct order should be Kat - Max - Nanny - Shipley's Representative - Volkov - Gaunt Russian. (02:26:07)

Casual Person

Other mistake: Sator and another man run into the turnstile when the soldiers arrive and exit on the other side. As soon as the two of them enter the opposing room, the other man immediately begins running towards the door on the opposite side of the room, to open it. Whilst he is doing that, Sator begins watching the events that just occurred in the opposite room unfold in reverse, all of which last for about ten seconds. But after those ten seconds, the man is still shown running towards the door. The distance between the turnstile and the door was not very far and it shouldn't have taken that long to run to it. (01:24:28)

Casual Person

Other mistake: In Oslo, the recently reverted Neil pushes Kat outside after the Protagonist is already outside and stolen a van. They went through the turnstile after the Protagonist and that means staying inverted longer. That means they should have come out of the turnstile before the protagonist and most likely beat him outside.

Other mistake: Just after Kat kills Sator, the Protagonist looks up at the timer on the bomb, sees there is ten seconds left on it, and continues counting down. Neil then drops a rope inside the cave. After he does this, it cuts to Neil above ground in the vehicle, waiting for the Protagonist and Ives to tie themselves to the rope, watching the helicopters flying away. He then looks at the timer on his watch, which is perfectly synced up with the timer on the bomb, and seven seconds is shown on it. The moment where Neil is shown in the vehicle and watched the helicopters flying away lasted much longer than three seconds. No way could only three seconds have passed on the timer. (02:16:50)

Casual Person

Continuity mistake: The protagonist, Neil and Kat are in the back of the yellow ambulance in the parking garage. Neil checks on Kat, after that he removes plastic gloves from his hands and throws them into the trash right next to him, 2 cuts later he again crumples a pair of plastic gloves. (01:46:15)

Suggested correction: People doing procedures change gloves all the time. There is nothing suspicious about using 2 pairs of gloves in 3 minutes.

He was already done with the procedure when he removed the first pair of gloves. He was never shown putting on the second pair.

It's the same scene replayed, a true editing error.

But this scenes are within about 15 seconds of time - so there is no time to put on another pair.

Protagonist: The suicide pills are fake. Why?
Fay: A test.

Trivia: The script was kept as secret as possible, even from the stars. Robert Pattinson was only allowed to read it once before filming, in a locked room. Michael Caine was only given his specific scene to read, and has said that he had no idea what the film's plot was, despite his close links to Christopher Nolan.
