Continuity mistake: The first time Bruce's friend Thomas is shown lying down in the alley, blood comes from the right corner of his mouth, the left being clean. Moments later, it's the left side of the mouth to show the stream of blood. (00:41:00)
Continuity mistake: Alfred interrupts Bruce's chat with Selina at the party with the news that Bane has abducted a child. He says "Ringing your phone now" by pressing a button on a keypad that was not there in the overhead shot. (00:04:20)
Continuity mistake: Catwoman gets slapped by a big vine from Poison Ivy for "faking it." In the crotch shot she is landing with her body more elevated than in the reverse shot, where she is almost parallel to the floor. (00:26:35)
Continuity mistake: Catwoman gets hit in the back by some stagelights that fall with her (we see both supports cables severed). Batman saves her holding her in his arms, but the lights never crash to the ground. (00:40:25)
Continuity mistake: In the first wide shot of the crowd at the funeral, a blonde woman does not have an umbrella. A closer angle follows, with Selina showing up, and the blonde woman's umbrella shows up as well. (00:44:10)
Continuity mistake: Batman falls on the ground; his arms and head are in the cone of light of a street lamp. When he is shown again a moment later, the light is on his legs. (00:11:15)
Continuity mistake: Batman waits for Catwoman to be back home and tells her to leave town. She pours herself a drink and does not put the lid back on the decanter. And yet, in the next shot, it's closed. (00:51:20)
Continuity mistake: Selina at the breakfast table puts down a flyer for "Extreme vacations!" (exclamation point included). It's turned towards her, but in the next shot it's already turned towards Bruce. (00:56:30)
Continuity mistake: During breakfast, Selina is holding the cup in different ways across shots. In one the cup handle is missing, then she has the thumb in the handle, then on the rim of the cup. (00:56:40)
Continuity mistake: Batman beats up Ivy's minions in a bar. Smashes one's head on the pool table, and several balls are seen. Once he walks away from the table, no balls are on it anymore. (00:23:05)
Continuity mistake: Nightwing drops the vial with the antidote for Crane's gas. It rolls to his side, but a moment later when he springs up to fight Catwoman the syringe is behind him. (01:01:50)
Continuity mistake: Batman neutralizes Bane's good guarding young Edward, and kicks him forward, off screen. When Bane shows up full of rage and roids, the villain is by the chair. (00:06:50)
Continuity mistake: Bruce gives Selina the flower bunch prepared by Alfred. She takes it and holds it with the right hand above the left. Next shot and it's the opposite. (00:36:25)
Continuity mistake: Bane raises a right fist to pummel Batman next to the railing after he freed Edward, but he hits said railing, deforming it, with the left. (00:07:00)
Continuity mistake: Batman looks at his bloodstained gloves in close-ups, but when he stands over the Joker and leaves, they're perfectly clean. (00:43:05)
Continuity mistake: Bane collapses with his arms spread out, but when Edward lays a vengeful foot on him, the arms are close to his body. (00:08:15)
Continuity mistake: When Alfred brings tea and biscuits in the Batcave greeting Selina, the teacup does a 180° between shots. (00:54:40)
Continuity mistake: Bruce and Selina sneak away from the party while Bruce's neglected childhood friend fetches the drink. The bottles on the shelves behind the counter change between shots when he goes "Seriously? Both of them?" It's like a portion of the leftmost shelf has been sliced off for the close-up. (00:05:00)
Continuity mistake: After Bruce gets out of the hospital, he is working on something in the cave and Alfred is trying to tell him he needs more bed rest. When that doesn't work, Alfred says he knows better than to try and dissuade him. It cuts then to a close up of Bruce before he speaks, and suddenly his hair line changes very noticeably. Especially the areas above his side burns at the bangs which the gaps get nearly twice as large. (00:18:17)
