Continuity mistake: Robin looks with binoculars out of the right side of the bat-wing plane, and spots the oil rig...which is directly in front of it and a bit to the left. (00:47:40)
Continuity mistake: Freeze picks up the pills Barbara Gordon slapped out of Dr. Belson's hand. The pills are scattered in his palm differently between shots. (00:29:40)

Continuity mistake: Batman deals with one of the jewelry robbers pulling him out of the car. Robin uses the bat-rope to grab the one that is running away; when he's running, just before he's caught by the rope he passes by a manhole to his right. Plot hole: Mr. Freeze's old pal Dr. Gregory Belson needs to search for a compatible *organ* for Freeze's wife. He's trying to go through the proper channels at first, and search for, in his words, "available organs" and "deceased donors." The weirdest part about it is that he's searching the blood donors database. Why would the blood donors database have that kind of information? (00:19:20)
Continuity mistake: Throughout the movie, Barbara is depicted with blue irises with no black pupils, but in the shot of her waking up in Mr. Freeze's hideout, she briefly gains black pupils when she opens her eyes.
