Other mistake: When Bruce Wayne is searching the database after the nurse leaves Dick's room, the screen initially has the vital stats (height, age etc) of Nora, Mr. Freeze's wife. (00:32:00)
Continuity mistake: Robin looks with binoculars out of the right side of the bat-wing plane, and spots the oil rig...which is directly in front of it and a bit to the left. (00:47:40)
Continuity mistake: Freeze picks up the pills Barbara Gordon slapped out of Dr. Belson's hand. The pills are scattered in his palm differently between shots. (00:29:40)
Continuity mistake: Konak rips the tube off the anesthetic gas canister, but the next time the room is seen, the whole tank is on the ground. (00:46:55)
Character mistake: The banner of the fundraiser event for the Gotham upper class says "Childrens Hospital", no apostrophe. (00:11:55)
Continuity mistake: Batman deals with one of the jewelry robbers pulling him out of the car. Robin uses the bat-rope to grab the one that is running away; when he's running, just before he's caught by the rope he passes by a manhole to his right. When Robin's gun drags him throughout street, the manhole is on his left. (00:10:15)
Continuity mistake: Curved lines briefly appear on the soles of Barbara's shoes when she's kicking the ice stalagmites. (00:33:30)
Continuity mistake: When Barbara kicks the ice stalagmites loose, her right sock briefly disappears. Her left sock also briefly disappears when she kicked the ice stalagmites. (00:33:30)
Plot hole: Mr. Freeze's old pal Dr. Gregory Belson needs to search for a compatible *organ* for Freeze's wife. He's trying to go through the proper channels at first, and search for, in his words, "available organs" and "deceased donors." The weirdest part about it is that he's searching the blood donors database. Why would the blood donors database have that kind of information? (00:19:20)
