Corrected entry: Costner asks the store clerk for a BAR, the Browning Automatic Rifle wasn't made until 1968.

Correction: You must be thinking of another rifle. The BAR seen is an M1918 and began production in 1917.

Suggested correction: There's no plastic bucket seen. If you're referring to the bucket cops are using at the crime, there's a shot of the bucket on its side and you can tell there's a metal bottom.
