Going Bye-Bye!

Continuity mistake: When Stan and Oliver set the trunk on fire, the trunk flies up into the air and lands upside down. In the next shot, the trunk is now the right-side up.

Continuity mistake: When Butch suggests to Stan and Oliver about getting a blowtorch to melt the lock off, the saw which Stan is using is by Butch. When Oliver says "That's a good idea!", we return to Butch in the trunk and the saw has gone.

Continuity mistake: When Oliver has finished talking to the lady about the trip on the telephone, there is a milk stain on his tie. When he goes over to collect his waistcoat from Stan, the stain has disappeared.

Continuity mistake: When Stan asks Oliver what he thinks of the newspaper advert he had written, Oliver's right hand switches position from his knee to back between shots.

Continuity mistake: When Stan opens the bedroom door and sends Oliver crashing to the metal bed frame, the newspaper which Stan is holding changes from his right hand to left hand between shots.

Continuity mistake: When Oliver has finished talking to the lady about the trip on the telephone, there is a milk stain on his tie. When he goes over to collect his waistcoat from Stan, the stain has disappeared.
