Deliberate mistake: In the scene when the boys jump the car over the bridge and the wheels fall off, after EL and Josh get out of the car you can see that the rotors are fine. However, if the wheels did fall off like it shows, then the lugnuts would be stripped out.

Road Trip (2000)
1 deliberate mistake - chronological order
Directed by: Todd Phillips
Starring: Seann William Scott, Fred Ward, Amy Smart, Ethan Suplee, Andy Dick, Breckin Meyer, DJ Qualls, Tom Green, Paulo Costanzo

Visible crew/equipment: In the scene when Josh and Tiffany go into her dorm room after the mail room scene; Josh goes to close the door and as he does a mysterious hand catches the door from the outside and closes it for him.
Rubin: It's supposed to be a challenge, that's why they call it a shortcut. If it was easy it would just be the way.
Trivia: When we first see Andy Dick, who plays the guy at the front desk of the motel, he is reading/looking at a Celebrity Skin magazine, with Drew Barrymore on the cover. This magazine was chosen by Todd Phillips as an inside joke, because at the time this movie was filmed, Drew Barrymore was engaged to Tom Green, who plays Barry.

Answer: I found what appears to be a full transcript at http://www.tvdance.com/movie-scripts/roadtrip/ although it annoyingly lacks labels on who is speaking each line.
