Freeway Killer

Factual error: Bill is awakened by a clock radio. The AM frequency shows it goes up to 1700kHz. The AM expanded band was not introduced until 1993. In 1980, devices only received AM frequencies up to 1600kHz. The SONY clock radio in the scene was not from 1980. Plus, the alarm sound it made wasn't popular until the late '90s.

Factual error: When Bill goes into the convenience store near the start, you can see Starbucks drinks in the cooler. This was supposed to be 1980. Starbucks didn't have bottled drinks introduced to convenience stores until 2006. (00:11:30)

Factual error: The movie is set in 1979-1980. You can see vehicles all throughout the movie that were manufactured after 1980.
