Continuity mistake: When Max and Joey take a picture at Luigi's house, Joey is looking at the camera and not smiling while Max's hand is just below Joey's right ear, getting ready to grab it. When Max makes a copy of the picture later, Joey is looking away from the camera, smiling, and Max's hand is on Joey's shoulder. (00:50:50 - 01:14:40)
Continuity mistake: In 'the Pit' fight scene, Arnold is approaching the portacabin, and his hands are clean. In the next shot, his hand is bloodied and the wrist of his jacket is torn. He did nothing to get it that way. (01:28:50)
Revealing mistake: When Arnold throws the bad guy through the glass door at the dress shop, it shatters a split second prior to him going through it. (00:55:40)
Visible crew/equipment: Near the beginning, there is a scene with a motorcycle riding on top of some wood pillars. The camera switches to the motorcycle's point of view and the camera car it is riding on is visible during the entire shot.
Character mistake: When the undercover cop says, "Hi, when was the last time you had a good..." she doesn't identify herself as a police officer. (00:37:15)
Continuity mistake: When Joey crashes the tow truck into Lamanski's restaurant, the camera cuts over and a payphone that was on the wall disappears. (00:24:57)
Revealing mistake: When Martin Lamanski's limousine crashes into the gasoline tanker truck there is nobody in the car. (01:14:01)
Other mistake: Harry Shannon tells Mark Kaminsky that the alias he is giving him is that of Joseph P Brenner which to a guy with a long rap sheet. Paulo Rocca later asks Joey, "how the hell is it you never did any time?" (00:20:56 - 00:39:53)
