Continuity mistake: When the guard opens the door of the perfume shop and sees Pepe, there is a cabinet on the right hand side with nothing on it, but in the next shot an orange vase suddenly appears.

Continuity mistake: When the perfume shop owner places his bicycle on the pavement on arriving at the shop, the seat and the handle bars are missing.

Continuity mistake: When the perfume shop owner throws the cat into his shop to remove Pepe, the cat goes through the entrance door upside down, about to land on the floor. When the cat enters the shop in the next shot, she is now flying through the air.

Continuity mistake: When we first see Pepe Le Pew in the perfume shop at the start of the cartoon, the items next to him on the table he is standing on change position between shots.

Continuity mistake: When we see the cat sitting down by the door, Pepe speaks to her from a window above the door. The window was not in the previous shot when Pepe was chasing her.

Continuity mistake: When Pepe shuts the door to prevent the cat from escaping, you can see the door has a handle on it, but when the cat runs into Pepe's arms, the handle has disappeared.

Continuity mistake: When Pepe sees the cat in the locked glass cabinet, you can the lock is coloured silver but in the next shot it is now green.

Continuity mistake: When the perfume shop seller throws the cat into the perfume shop to lure Pepe Le Pew out, you can see the front door has moulding on it, but in the next shot the door is plain.

Continuity mistake: When the perfume shop seller cries that he will be bankrupt, you can see his hat fall off, but when we see the cat rubbing against his trousers, the hat is nowhere to be seen.

Continuity mistake: When the cat hits a table after being thrown into the perfume shop, a bottle of white hair dye pours onto her tail and you can see the top of the bottle stop next to her. But when we see the cat a couple of shots later, the bottle top has gone.

Continuity mistake: When Pepe falls into the pot of blue paint in preventing the cat from suicide, you can see paint splashes on the wall, but when we see Pepe emerging from the pot in the next shot, the paint has gone.

Continuity mistake: At the beginning of the cartoon, the perfume shop seller has a flower in his right hand while riding on his bicycle, but in the next shot the flower has disappeared.

Gendarme: Sacre cerise! Un pew! Le kitty que'l terriblay odeur.
