Trivia: M3gan's scenes were done with an actual person wearing a mask (with some CGI being used to animate the eyes and face.) The girl's name is Amie Donald, and she is an accomplished gymnast and dancer, and in the scenes with the hallway dance and running on all fours were not special effects, Amie actually did those moves.
Trivia: When the Tyrannosaurus Rex walks past the circular shaped waterfall, it lines up perfectly recreating the Jurassic Park movie logo.
Trivia: This was filmed back to back with the as-yet-untitled Avatar 3. But filming didn't start until the scripts were written for 2 further sequels, so the actors would know the paths that their characters were on. James Cameron allocated the scripts to different writers after months of meetings and storyboarding.
