Factual error: The Sheriff of the small town is wearing Sergeant stripes on her shoulder sleeves. If she was a Sheriff then no chevrons should be on her sleeves.

Continuity mistake: Zeke is in the kitchen with his daughter. He is checking out Dick's driving license; in the close-up he is holding it with his left hand, but in the following shot, as she asks him "Where'd you find it?" he is holding it in his right hand. (00:10:15)

Continuity mistake: The location and intensity of Lavinia's purple hair highlights vary throughout the movie. For example, the purple highlights on the right side were far more pronounced (two wide, distinct, vivid lines) when she got home compared to when she first met Ward. Lavinia rode her horse Comet home, so her hair would have been wind-blown and the highlights would not have been likely to be neatly straight down, especially since she has long curly hair. Continuity mistake: The dorky protagonist just bumped into the bike shop girl. She tells him "It's all good, man", to which he replies asking how's the bike. Behind him, a woman with a dog makes her appearance. Over 10 seconds of conversation pass, and the woman is still where she was, but in the shot that follows, when she says "I'm Cate, by the way", the woman warped past him, and is now behind her to the opposite end of the sidewalk. (00:07:15)

Continuity mistake: Molly says that the show has room for a bit of improvement. The monologue writer drops a pen on the notebook. Brief cut to Molly and when he says "whatever" her the pen is in a completely different spot. (00:19:25)

Continuity mistake: When Emma is with the clients at the beginning of the movie, Doug's ginger pen once he mentions 'rebranding' is either in his hand or on the notepad, depending on the angle of the shot. (00:04:10)

Audio problem: The FBI agent is in pursuit of a suspect in a hospital, once he enters the stairwell he draws his Glock handgun, and a click can be heard for a safety disengaging. Glocks are striker fired, they contain no external safeties that can be manipulated that would cause a sound. A sound can also be heard after the gun is already drawn from the holster, representing a holster draw sound. (00:22:22)

Continuity mistake: Right at the beginning, two dumb kids looking for drugs are forced to make a spontaneous donation to the cult. Before the stream starts the pink polo one does not have the scooter on his shoulder, which is back when the stream starts, then off again.

Other mistake: The Burglar (while tied to a chair and talking about "My Darling Clementine") says, "Apex of Ford's art, you feel me?" Vikar (James Franco) responds, "I feel you." The movie starts in 1969, but rapper E-40 (Earl Tyrone Stevens, Sr.) - "slang master" - supposedly created the expression "you feel me" in the early 1990s. (00:19:53)

Factual error: The royal parade is supposed to be of the Yorkshire Hussars, but the filmmakers instead borrowed the King's Troop, Royal Horse Artillery, complete with guns. Although the uniform was similar, the Yorkshire Hussars was a cavalry regiment until the Second World War, when it became an armoured regiment. It was never an artillery regiment.

Other mistake: The flight attendant pulled out a wheeled serving cart as she was talking to the other flight attendant. While shown from the chest up, it was obvious the flight attendant was moving her arms for a little while and it sounded like she was placing a few glasses on the cart then stopped, but the top of the cart was filled with glasses when the cart came back into view. Also, it was not apparent from where the flight attendant had reached to get the glasses. (00:11:25 - 00:12:12)

Other mistake: Glen/Charlie poured gasoline all over the vehicle he killed Sandra in - including its soft convertible top - but the flames stayed around the car's perimeter. (00:50:54 - 00:51:26)

Continuity mistake: At the concert before Murata starts performing, a woman is holding a baby. The baby is shown holding a packet in its arm, with the arm resting. It then cuts to a different angle, where the baby's arm is suddenly raised slightly. (00:49:45)

Continuity mistake: When Aunt Sarah arrives, she dumps her luggage in the hands of Jim and then passes him to his right, leaving him between herself and the door. In the reverse shot, Jim is on the opposite side. (00:29:15)

Other mistake: Moose was narrating what he was writing in his second letter to Mr. Dunbar. There were 64 words, 12 more words after "P.S.", then "Love, Moose." A view of his finished letter showed it was way too short to have included everything he supposedly wrote, and the expected format did not match. (00:26:20 - 00:27:10)

Continuity mistake: When we see Erin and Leah for the first time, they're talking and smoochin'. Despite the conversation being continuous, the reciprocal position of their hands changes abruptly between shots at the beginning (Erin's hand is on the outside of Leah's, then on the inside, then outside again). (00:05:25)

Other mistake: Nicole was standing up holding a round cake with both hands and was able to tilt the cake down about 45° to show others the top without the cake sliding off the plate - or any icing shifting.

Continuity mistake: The inspector is showing the singer the gruesome images of her friend. As he says "It's how we identified the remains", she raises her right hand, but in the next shot it's with the left hand that she's touching her lips. (00:04:45)

Continuity mistake: After the alien abduction, Emmet plans to lead a rescue mission and opens the gate asking "Who's coming with me?" During the sequence, the shadows change completely. At first he is not casting much of a shadow, then it reaches the metal doors, then it stops midway towards it. (00:20:55)

Continuity mistake: During Stella and Will's walk, Will's scarf was consistently wrapped one time around his neck, but the length of his scarf on either side varied. The right side was usually much longer than the left side, but the ends were about even other times. When Will was lying in the snow, the scarf ends were almost equal (reaching about half-way down his coat); when he stood up, the ends were far apart. After he fell in the snow, Will got up and adjusted the scarf ends to be about the same in length. (01:25:35 - 01:29:30)
