Jack Cain is able to pick up a party-goer, throw him down from over his head, and spear the party-goer on the right side with two of the chair legs. Continuity mistake: A-X-L frequently varied in size. For example, sometimes its head looked massive compared to Miles, being about the size of Miles from his head to waist. Other times, A-X-L's head looked about twice the size of Miles' or Sara's head. A-X-L's body was sometimes about the same size of Miles' motorcycle but much larger other times. A-X-L looked much smaller when it was dragging Sam compared to when it was standing over Sam.
Factual error: Second scene, caption says "1977 southern California" but she's driving a white 90's Oldsmobile Cutlass Ciera Fwd station wagon.
Continuity mistake: When the police knocks at the door of Simon's trailer, Jean-Hugues Anglade 's arm changes position between shots as he talks to his daughter.
Revealing mistake: Gotti breaks into an apartment to kill a man he has unfinished business with. Gotti shoots him three times and there is a blood spurt shown every time he is shot. However, Gotti is shown standing in one fixed position, and the blood is shown spurting at three different angles. The first shot hits his abdomen and blood spurts on the wall in front of him. The second shot hits the left side of his head and blood spurts to the wall beside him. The third shot hits the back of his head and blood spurts on the wall in front of him. This could not be possible if Gotti was shooting him from one fixed position. (00:11:00)
Continuity mistake: When Cheng watches Bu stick the note on the café window, no one else can be seen on the pavement in front of the café. When the scene is shown again inside the café, a father with a baby can be seen walking past the window, who were not seen the first time. (01:54:00 - 02:02:25)
Continuity mistake: When Jason lunges at Batman with his knife, there is a pile of garbage by the wall where he lands. In the first shot the barrel by the garbage is wooden. But in the next shot it's suddenly a metal barrel/drum. It then changes back to a wooden barrel again. (00:04:20)
Continuity mistake: When Nick Cage and the woman get to her place and start to make out, he takes her bra off, leaving her bare chested as he fondles her. It cuts to a different angle as they are kissing and suddenly her bra is back on again, only to be gone in the following shot.
Continuity mistake: After performing 'surgery' on the bear, Tasha goes visit another one of her little patients. Before she sets foot in the room bickering with Jeff you can see her hair flows left and right of her colourful pin on the coat. Inside the room, her hair is just on one side, switches side, and it stays that way till she exits the room, when once more there is a visible change at the cut. (00:03:30)

Continuity mistake: When Sophia is talking with Rachel after she brings the proteins, Sophia's fingers on her cheek swap between extended or bent between shots.
Continuity mistake: Outside the strip club, Priest and Georgia are talking about some other girls down the street and how they used to be just like that. Georgia mentions how they bought one bottle and had to get a bunch of club soda to make it last. In one angle Priest is looking up into the air away from her, but it cuts to a different angle and suddenly he's looking down at her face. (00:12:35)
Continuity mistake: In the van after they pick up Preacher and he mentions it's cold. Preacher leans up to the front and looks over Dax, asking about his head being too big. There are several cuts between shots here before Preacher slinks back into the van and his position of his head and shoulders changes between almost every one in various positions. (00:33:50)
Factual error: Spoiler! The cultists burned Mandy alive by wrapping a sleeping bag around her, putting gas on her and hanging her from a metal swing set and setting her on fire. After Red frees himself later and craws up to her remains, it's shown that she is barely a pile of ash with her skull still somewhat in shape when he picks it up. It then crumbles into just ash showing she had been fully burnt to the very center. This would not have been the case with how they burned her. Their was nowhere near enough heat or kindling to keep her body burning long enough to turn completely to ash with no remains like that. She would have died, yes, but would have mostly stayed intact as a single body burnt very bad. Bones, features, charred organs would still have been left behind. (01:04:00)
Continuity mistake: Kevin and his daughter handed the invite for the dream-like contest to the protagonist. He shoos her away saying "Liv, don't you need some milk with that cookie?" His arms are crossed behind his back. Next shot and she is walking away from him with his hands crossed in front of his crotch. (00:02:20)
Continuity mistake: Deanna is playing racquetball with her friend when she hits her in the lady parts with the ball. The two sit down by the wall; look at the bottle Melissa McCarthy is holding; it's practically empty, but in the closer angle when she sobs "What am I doing?" it is almost completely refilled. Continuity mistake: When Lucas exits the bar, the Toyota truck appears to be parked close to the porch, but there's a lot more space between them during and after the fight. (00:17:39 - 00:18:46)
