On his desk there is a pad of paper beneath Dewey's mobile, and the scripted lines for Dewey's side of the phone conversation are handwritten on the top sheet, not being removed from set prior to filming. This is the actual camera filming the shot. That's a mistake.

He places Su-an on the ground, and just before he does so, a yellow tape marker can be seen on the ground, allowing the actor to know where to place the little girl actor when he stops running. About a second before the shot ends, the shadow of the camera can be seen cast on the wall of the building whilst the man is running and is then cast on a tree in the foreground of the shot.
