Continuity mistake: When he fights Chuck Lidell, he is wounded on the right side of his body. During a scene when he is lying on his side, the wound has moved to his left side and then magically reappears back on his right when he stands up.
Continuity mistake: When Maleficent places the glasses on Beast's face, their position keeps changing all the time.
Factual error: The 'Post Office' is nothing like an English one would have been, even in a remote rural location in Victorian times. It seems to have been transposed from the American Wild West.
Factual error: The year is 1952. In an exterior scene, Saoirse Ronan is seen on a street in Brooklyn. In the far background, a red "WALK/DON'T WALK" sign is flashing. This type of sign was only introduced across NY in the late 50s.
Deliberate mistake: While Donnie is training at Front Street Gym, when Rocky repeats, "One step at a time, one punch at a time, one round at a time," the closeup of two children watching from outside the ring is a flipped shot, note the backwards Nike swoosh logo and Everlast ring rope spacer. Continuity mistake: Spot finds four other humanlike creatures and goes to them. Arlo is standing several feet in front of them. He begins to push some dirt by using his nose. A close-up then shows him using his nose to draw a circle around the five others but he is standing much too far away to be able to do this.
Continuity mistake: Charlie Brown is using a pen to write a book report. The black ink leaks and gets all over his hands. When he walks to his dresser to get a pencil, all the ink stains are gone.
Suggested correction: He wipes the ink on his shirt.
Factual error: There seem to be modern "Walk" and "Don't Walk" signs at each intersection. This film is supposed to take place in 1952. Also it is mentioned there are "Stereophonic" consoles in the motel rooms. Probably would not find those until at best the late 50s.
Continuity mistake: Near to the end Gabriel Oak leaves the farm and as he leaves his cottage he is dressed in a white shirt, cream trousers and a dark waistcoat. When Bathsheba Everdene catches up with him on the road he has completely changed his clothes and is now dressed predominantly in blue.
Plot hole: They have to invent Nitrotrinadium when they travel to the future because it was not invented yet, but was in the Russian drink in 2010, so should have already been available when they travel to the future.
Continuity mistake: The getaway car changes from a Peugeot Partner (1996-2003) to a Citroen C3 Picasso (2013-2017). (01:35:30 - 01:36:05)
Continuity mistake: When Tris saves Christina from falling and then rolls on to her back you can see her sports bra underneath. In the next scene, she and Tobias have a brief sex scene where she removes the same top, but there is no bra underneath.
Revealing mistake: Right at the beginning of the film "rain" is falling on the car the camera shows before it moves to focus into the tunnel. However, look at the cars behind it, they aren't wet at all and it's visibly sunny. It's water being poured onto the car directly in front of the camera.
Continuity mistake: When the woman is eating the bread roll on the train, the end of the roll switches from uneaten to having bites taken out of it and back again.
Continuity mistake: The full table of scores for the contestants is visible before the Carl Hayden High School students actually did the task (they were the last group to do it). (01:25:20)
Continuity mistake: When Albright's driver is taking Mark at gunpoint to the car (after leaving Mrs. Jensen's room) he has his gun against Mark's chest, but in the next shot it's against his back.
Continuity mistake: When Jesse Eisenberg seeks shelter at John Leguizamo's house, John Leguizamo pulls a gun on him. Jesse Eisenberg grabs the gun from John Leguizamo and in the close up of this action it's a completely different gun. (00:40:55)
Factual error: In the 1998 part of the movie, before the launch of the iMac, Steve is wearing his trademark black turtleneck and jeans for the presentation. At the actual launch in 1998, Steve wore a suit.
