Visible crew/equipment: When Bryson and Katz are getting onto the Greyhound bus, a guy in a fluorescent jacket can be seen holding traffic up in the distance whilst the scene is filmed.
Visible crew/equipment: The very last shot is a truck driving away. Right at the beginning of the shot, the crew is visible in the tailgate. Its clear enough that the boom operator can be seen on the right side.
Visible crew/equipment: When Jason Statham is falling from the helicopter, you can see a pole that's either a camera pole, or some other type of equipment used for the scene. It definitely isn't supposed to be there.
