Continuity mistake: When James and Darnell board Martin's yacht and find Martin's computer, they fight the bad guys while Darnell holds it. After a brief conversation with Martin and Alissa, James and Darnell leave with the computer. During the entire fight scene and conversation, the computer's power cord is not anywhere to be seen, but when we cut to them leaving as they walk toward the yacht dinghy, the computer's power cord is now wrapped around it.shaneomatic
Factual error: When James and Darnell are about to steal Martin's beloved yet aged computer, which appears to be an IBM 5150 desktop with an IBM 5151 monitor sitting on top; we see James turn the nearby power-strip on and the computer instantly, and oddly, boots-up to the incriminating financial records that will set James free. The problem here is that the characters displayed on the monitor are a kind of light-blue color; but the IBM 5151 monitor only displayed characters in green. (01:16:00 - 01:16:45)shaneomatic
Continuity mistake: During the scene with the whiteboard, smudges and erasures appear and disappear between shots.
Factual error: The judge sentences James to a maximum security prison, but courts don't have that type of authority. The court can only specify the length of incarceration. The Department of Corrections then assigns your prison based on your security risk and other factors.
