Continuity mistake: As the hand creature busts the shackles off Boris' legs in Lunar Max, you can see the bottoms of his pants over his metal prison boots. There are only a few folds and wrinkles over his left foot, and the pants over right foot are hardly wrinkled at all, or affected as the creature climbs up his right leg. But only a couple of seconds later, we see another shot of Boris' feet as the creature breaks off the metal sleeve of his arm, and suddenly his pants legs are very wrinkled. Boris was standing perfectly still the entire time. Boris' legs are also suddenly closer together. (00:03:35)
Continuity mistake: In the cornucopia bloodbath, the District 3 girl can be seen lying dead next to Cato when he picks up the water container, yet only moments later you see her in the distance of one shot being killed by a boy tribute (being slashed to the neck).
Continuity mistake: When Alice knocks over the giant Licker in the Rolls-Royce, the driver's side of the car remains completely undamaged. Unlikely, but for the rest of the chase there are four giant scratches across the rear of the car. (00:51:10 - 00:52:05)
Continuity mistake: When Joseph Gordon-Levitt is shot by Emily Blunt with rock salt, he is hit in the right shoulder. In the next scene he is having his left shoulder treated. The porch swing and chair are now on opposite sides from other scenes too - the whole shot is flipped.
Continuity mistake: Throughout the film, Tony Stark's chest ring can be seen glowing through his shirt except for two occasions when it's suddenly off - after Loki escapes from the helicarrier, and when Loki and Tony Stark are talking in Stark tower, even when he's wearing the same shirt. Continuity mistake: When Hopper climbs to the roof of the convenience store, the time displayed in the upper left corner of the screen (presumably a video surveillance camera) goes from 12:11.57 to 12:12.12, then back to 12:11.34.
Continuity mistake: When Prometheus is taking off near the end, you see Vickers getting up in the shot with the captain, then it switches to the close-up of her, and she is getting up again.
Continuity mistake: Evan arrives at Costco in a polo shirt. He sees the body, then cue music, and you see him driving away in a shirt and tie. (00:09:45)
Suggested correction: I think the shirt and tie scene is a jump forward to Goosman's funeral.
Continuity mistake: In the scene where Cohaagen's team break into the train station, some of them enter through the top windows. It was previously established that the atmosphere in that area was unbreathable, but Cohaagen and the rest of the crew move around just fine without the need of a mask, even though the windows to the outside are broken.
Continuity mistake: The homeless beggar at the entrance of Peach Trees gets splattered by the blast doors closing, creating a pool of blood on the ground. When they open again at the end of the film there is no blood or body.
Continuity mistake: In the scene where Victor's mother is looking at his chalkboard in the attic, Victor's drawing of Sparky has the word "Alive" above it. Later on in the film, when Toshiaki, Edgar, Bob, Nassor and Weird Girl go into the attic, the word "Alive" is missing from above the drawing of Sparky.
Continuity mistake: When John holds the match in the cave, the amount of match remaining varies between shots.
Continuity mistake: When the Fabricant of the future is told this is to remove her collar, at which point she is killed, they lay her back and her arms are at her side. They pull her to burn. Her arms are in a position to not bend properly when reaching the threshold. Shot cuts and suddenly her arms are turned so they easily fold up. (02:19:25)
Continuity mistake: In the scene where Dodge and Penny enters Olivia's last known residence, Penny one of the door windows. She then gets access to the door lock on the inside and she opens the door. As Penny and Dodge enters, it is visible that the window is broken. This is shown both in the first and second shot. At the third shot it is easily noticeable that the same window behind them has been magically repaired, and is in a normal, unbroken condition. The fourth shot shows that the window is again broken. Continuity mistake: Eden's hand and arm positions change between shots during the final scene in the movie, when she is kissing Adam.
Continuity mistake: Tom walks into Anthony's memory. Anthony is sitting by the pool next to a table with two glasses of beer, which are 1/3rd empty. A few minutes later the memory is replayed, but this time both beer glasses are mostly full. (00:49:50 - 00:58:35)
Continuity mistake: Hydell (the crazy brother) locks The Warden in the airlock. He begins to write "BI BI" in the condensation on the glass. The positioning of the letter 'I' in the first "BI" changes as the camera switches inside the airlock. It is now touching the first letter 'B'. Also the second letter 'B' is now much neater.
