Other mistake: When Hannah/Belle is talking to her "agent" you can see the escort website and Belle's "Enjoy List", a list of acts she is willing to perform, on the agent's computer, however some of the items on that list are mistakes. 1) She has (pardon the language) "cum in mouth" marked with an x for no; but has snowballing marked with a check for yes (you can only see half of it but it is a checkmark not an X). This is a contradiction because snowballing involves "cum in mouth". 2) She has a no marked for "moresomes" yet she does "moresome" as evidenced by the foursome in episode 7. 3) Belle is so concerned over someone discovering her profession that she worries in the first episode the escort website's pictures aren't pixellated enough to conceal her identity; yet she has both being photographed and being filmed marked as yes.
Other mistake: Jake is sitting at the kitchen counter top and is watching TV whilst doing his homework. You can see his red pencil case labelled 'Jake Rowlings'. Many times throughout the series the parents have been recognised as Mr and Mrs Brockman - not Rowlings. The children also have been referred to as Karen Ben and Jake Brockman. (00:13:40)mbarogers
Other mistake: In the last episode of season 3, Helen Cutter goes to site 333 to kill off the first hominids. Connor mentions that that's the site where thirteen members of a hominid family all died at once, and no one could ever figure out why. The implication is that it was Helen's actions that killed them off, and we see her doing it. Right after killing them, Helen herself is killed by a velociraptor, which also dies. Danny Quinn leaves their bodies there and walks away. Doesn't that mean that, when site 333 is discovered in the future, they would also find Helen's bones and those of the raptor? I imagine it would cause some confusion if the bones of a modern human and a velociraptor were found in the same strata and the same age as the earliest proto humans.
Other mistake: Mr. Smith scans the Mona Lisa and determines that it is genuine from DaVinci's brush strokes. He should have also noticed the words "This is a fake" written in felt tip under the paint, from when The Doctor replaced the Mona Lisa with one of DaVinci's "forgeries" in "City of Death."Captain Defenestrator
