Continuity mistake: When Jack speaks to Michael and Jin, as they build the raft, and then when he walks up the beach and inquires about Sawyer's trouble with his head, the backpack that Jack carries on his back is nylon, black/green with white trim. Yet, when Sawyer asks, "Sensitivity to light, that bad?" the backpack is suddenly transformed into solid black leather, of an entirely different style. Continuity mistake: In Episode "Happily Never After": In the opening when the CSI team is looking at the puncture wound of Fiona Chisolm, there is no blood coming from the wound. It is actually mentioned that there is no blood. Then it is determined that she was dead for about 6 hours, but now there is an L-shaped blood drip pattern to the chest wound.
Continuity mistake: At the end of the battle between Jaden Yuki and Gravekeeper's Chief, just as the explosion settles, in one shot you see the Gravekeeper's Spear card to the left of Gravekeeper's Chief on the duel disk. However in the next shot Gravekeeper's Spear is replaced with Magician of Black Chaos, which Chief neither has in his deck or ever played in the match. (00:13:35)
Continuity mistake: When Top tackles the villain into the water his black jacket has a huge NTSC logo on the back. The show cuts to commercial and when returns the villain and Tom fight in the water however the huge NTSC logo is gone from Tom's jacket. They wrestle under water and the villain floats face down to the surface revealing the back of a black jacket. The show attempts to add tension by tricking the viewer into not knowing if it's Tom or the villain's black jacket. (00:37:05)
