Audio problem: When Noah and Martha exit the "dream house", Allie's head does not move (she looks down all the time), nor do her lips move while she pronounces parting words to Martha.
Visible crew/equipment: As Sam and Rhonda have Fiona's car confiscated, when Fiona runs out shouting, "I can pay for those parking tickets!" the crew's black mat is laid out on the walkway, but in the overhead shot when she tries to run away that mat is gone. (Visible on fullscreen DVD.) (01:28:10)

At the start of the next shot, as the camera begins to pan down, on the far right, just beside a person's (who is dressed in blue) head is a metal bullhorn (ie. used to give instructions to cast/crew, and which definitely doesn't belong in this time period). Continuity mistake: When Napoleon is waiting while Rico makes a sale, he checks his watch to see how much time he has before the dance. The first time he checks it, the date on the watch indicates Thursday July 17. When he checks it again a few minutes later, it shows Monday July 21.
Continuity mistake: When the guy goes to get in Danielle's car after he strips for her, he opens the door and the window is up; but when he closes the door, the window is down. (00:16:50)
Continuity mistake: When Ron throws the burrito at the biker, you can see from the shot in the car that it falls to the ground. After it falls, the biker swivels for a while, and then slides down the street, however, in the shot of him once he stopped, the burrito was in front of him. (00:48:45)

Continuity mistake: At the end when Meg steps out of the water, her pants are wet. However, when she enters the bedroom and finds the Phantom's mask, her pants are perfectly dry. (02:10:35)
Revealing mistake: In the changing room before the Final, Peter leans against a dark wooden pillar several times. It moves on each occasion.
Continuity mistake: Towards the end of the film, Mattie hands Jenna the dream house he made for her 13th birthday. There is hardly any "wishing dust" on the roof. However, when she goes outside and sits on her front porch, there is plenty of wishing dust all over the roof of the toy house now.
Visible crew/equipment: When Terri sits down to talk with her aunt after Paul's graduation, you can see between her shirt and his pants on her right side there is a 1/8" wire used for the wireless mic.
Continuity mistake: When Reuben and Sandy are talking in the street after the play disaster, and Sandy is telling Reuben about the fake E! True Hollywood Story, Reuben's tie keeps changing. In one shot, the tie has a dimple and is in a full windsor knot, and in other shots, the tie has no dimple and appears to be in a half-windsor knot.
Continuity mistake: Tad Hamilton is speaking to his agent on the phone in his motel room. While he is lying on the bed he takes off right shoe, leaving his left one on. Then the camera cuts away for a second, and when it comes back, Tad has his right shoe on and his left off.
Continuity mistake: After the CBP agent smashed the potato chip bag with the apple, the shot is switched from beside the agent to Viktor's viewpoint. The number of chips and distribution of those chips on the desk change. (00:06:35)
Continuity mistake: When Henry is leaving the dock, Alexa waves with her right hand. Notice the watch. When Alexa grabs some butt from Doug, The watch is now on left arm. (01:23:10)
Visible crew/equipment: At Barbara and Phil's house, just as the hooded zombie bites a chunk out of Phil's neck (before Shaun leaps over the car hood) the black mat with two long white marks is visible on the pavement, behind the second zombie (beside the car). Continuity mistake: When Howard's wife is leaving Joel's apartment, the first two shots show her trench coat belt hanging from the bottom of the driver's door. In the third shot the belt is no longer hanging from the door. (01:19:30)
Factual error: Flynn says that the chamber in the Mayan temple is "an exact replica of their great temple of Teotihuacan." But Teotihuacan was not a Mayan city, but rather the hub of a separate civilization (themselves called the Teotihuacan). It was in central Mexico, hundreds of miles from the Mayan area in the Yucatan Peninsula.
Continuity mistake: When Jesse and Celine are walking along, there is a man in a red shirt who is just getting ready to pass them (with the camera shot looking from their backs). The scene shifts to a frontal shot, but the man in the red shirt does not pass immediately as he should have. There is too long of a time gap before he finally appears in the shot and passes Jesse and Celine.
Continuity mistake: In the scene where Katey and James are in his car after leaving La Rosa Negra, James locks the car door on the passenger side but after he makes a move at her, Katey opens the door without unlocking it.
