Continuity mistake: When talking in the pub, Sarah's hands are around her wine glass or not, depending on the shot.
Continuity mistake: When Paris was on the phone to Janet in the Gas Station (the episode where they work at the gas station and meet "Chops" and co) it cuts to a shot of the fat boy standing next to the same phone and the receiver is put down. It then cuts back to Paris using the phone.
Continuity mistake: Colonel Gathers says to Brock Samson, "You're not in the Marines anymore." But in the earlier episode, "Past Tense," after the credits, there is a flashback to college again and Brock says, "I'm off to join the Army"
Continuity mistake: Episode 1-22, Kansas v. Tom's Parents. In the opening sequence where Tom and Susan is attending a party, watch the glasses and their contents. In some shots Tom is holding one glass in his left hand, in other shots he's holding it in his right. In another shot he's holding two glasses. The number of olives in the glasses also changes between shots.
Continuity mistake: At the beginning of the show, when the boys are eating eggs and sausages, Alicia gives Jimmy a sausage. In the next shot, the sausage is in another position, and in the shot after that there are two sausages on his plate.
Continuity mistake: "Ikke i Rute": During Roar's flashback the cigrarette his brother is holding disappears.
Continuity mistake: When they first enter the Y'Lyntian city and are attacked by the Lava Wraiths, Raphael gets his sai melted by them. But after taking their goodbyes from Versallia, Raphael has his sai stuck back in his belt.
Continuity mistake: Jamie and Adam are shooting at Police badges to see which one would potentially stop a bullet. When they get to the third badge, it is held up to the camera. It says 'Jamie Hyneman' on the badge. The badge is then shot, and shown again to the camera. This time the engraved writing on the badge has changed to 'Adam Savage'.
Continuity mistake: When Malene Bork is standing over Michael's bed in the start of the episode, you can't see that she is pregnant. But later when she is talking to Sara, suddenly it looks like she is in the 7th month of her pregnancy.
Continuity mistake: At the beginning, Kate's friend gives her ex-fiance's letter to Kate. The letter is held differently in consecutive shots.
Episode #1.2 - S1-E2
Continuity mistake: When they are playing The Battle of the Sexes, Matt is shown wearing his penalty clothes in one shot before his turn comes up. His clothes are normal in the next shot, and after that is when he loses on his turn and puts on the penalty clothes.
Continuity mistake: Several times we see the Legacy jet from the outside. The windows are square. When we see them from the inside, they are oval. As a matter of fact, no jet has square windows. That mistake was learned with the crash of a de Havilland Comet in 1954. It had square windows which concentrated the strain on the skin of the plane, causing it to fail and crash.
Beauty and the Obese: Part 1 - S1-E1
Continuity mistake: Right after the opening scene where the model suddenly inflates to fat, we are taken to The Tender Loins club where the exterior shot shows a line of people with a bouncer checking each one. In this shot, his arms are down at his side, but then it cuts a close up and suddenly he has his hand lifted to his face looking at someone's I.D. (00:01:40)
Continuity mistake: When Adam gets angry at Joan in the art room because of the camera, his half-made sculpture is sitting on the desk. When he grabs his bag toward the end of the scene, he accidentally knocks it over, unbalancing it. But in the next shot it's balanced again, then suddenly it's unbalanced. This happens several times between shots, and can even be seen in one shot before he knocks it over.
