When the camera zooms in on the picture, the mother is gone again.
Continuity mistake: In the close up of Thorne dropping his keys in a dish near the beginning of the movie, his keys are for a Dodge vehicle, but he drives a Cheverolet Sedan.

Continuity mistake: They day after the abusive encounter with her stepfather, there is a shot of Rosanne full on, walking forward. There are three pieces of hair on her face. Then there is a side shot of her and there is no hair on her face and it's all pulled back.
Continuity mistake: When Jennifer gets into the airport taxi, she leaves her big hat next to the steps. She doesn't have it with her in the taxi, but when she runs up the stairs to where Ryan lives, she has it in her hand.
Continuity mistake: When Marie was in France, she walked around in her living room at night and took a knife from a basket and saw Aaron's reflection on it. She was frightened and dropped it. When she crouched down to pick it up, it changed into a pair of scissors.
Continuity mistake: In that whole "arousing my curiosity" scene, in one shot Neil is wearing yellow gloves, but in the next shot of him, his hands are bare.
Continuity mistake: Kiefer Sutherland plays washed up Detective Mickey Hayden chasing serial killer "Jabberwocky". In the very last scene he's walking through the park, stops at the sound of a distant gun-shot, and flips his cigarette butt away. Continuity mistake: When Tigger and Roo are having tea with Owl, Tigger empties the sugar bowl into his tea to make it tastier. When Tigger shakes hands with Owl to thank him, all the sugar from his cup has now gone back into the bowl.
Continuity mistake: When the Young Gangster and Freddie Mays go to see Lennie Taylor, after the guys have beat the man up with the golf clubs, Freddie and Young Gangster get out of the car and start to walk up the street. Young Gangster is walking behind, then moves to walk beside Freddie. When the camera changes to show them from the front, he does it again.
Continuity mistake: The barn-door scene: Mac's drinking from a beer bottle when Susan backs into him to tell him how to braid her hair. He puts both hands upon her hair. The camera pans back showing them and there's no sign of the beer bottle he's just held.
