Continuity mistake: When Dave Chappell's character hits Sherman Hemsley's character with the lava lamp at the end of the movie, the lava at first covers his face. He then falls and immediately his face has only slight streaks of the lava.
Continuity mistake: When the Young Gangster and Freddie Mays go to see Lennie Taylor, after the guys have beat the man up with the golf clubs, Freddie and Young Gangster get out of the car and start to walk up the street. Young Gangster is walking behind, then moves to walk beside Freddie. When the camera changes to show them from the front, he does it again.
Continuity mistake: After Ron is given a not-guilty verdict for being a lookout, he goes to the yard and sits down by Earl. He takes the pack of cigarettes out of his pocket, then puts one in his mouth. The camera changes angles and the cigarette is now lit. He never lit the cigarette. The conversation kept going, so there was no break in time to light the cigarette. (00:24:20)
