It's Not Easy Being Green - S5-E16
Factual error: Boomhauer's car, Ms. Sally, has a Texas flag license plate on it. These plates were not issued until 1992, but Ms. Sally was driven into the quarry in the late 70's or early 80's.
Factual error: Kyle says he has to log on before school. The next shot shows "Monday 8 days later." 8 days before is a Sunday. (00:04:45)
Factual error: Alan takes out a member of his staff on a Valentine's Day trip. When he is in the car with her, there are some outside shots of them driving along. The problem is, on or around the 14th of February, there would be no leaves on the trees. (00:17:30)
Factual error: At the end when Ms. Finster tells Randall to give her the names of the kids involved with the ball incident, she says to list them in alphabetical order. The first name Randall says is "Dettweiler, T.J." But "Blumberg, Mikey" would actually come before that, and given what we know of Randall, this isn't the kind of mistake he is likely to make.
Factual error: In the scene where T.J. Is explaining the formula to Mo that is written on the board, the right side of the equation (x-1)^2 is wrong. It should be x^2 - 2x + 1, not x^2 - 2x - 1 when expanded. Also, at the start of the scene with the formula, the coach who is teaching the class states he wrote it, and then it is assumed T.J. came up and finished solving the equation, but the writing is exactly the same. Factual error: When His Divine Shadow lays on the table to have his brain removed, the machine cuts his skull open and simply reaches in with a three pronged hand and tugs on the brain pulling it out. It would not have worked this way... The brain is about the same consistency as gravy and the prongs on the hand/claw putting pressure on it to pull would have caused them to sink into the brain's tissue destroying it. Also it pulls the brain out without cutting or separating it from the spinal column and merely just pulls it out from the top. This would have caused his brain to be torn into pieces as it was tried to be pulled off the spinal column, not come out perfectly in one piece as shown. (01:09:00)
Silence of the Lamborghini - S1-E18
Factual error: There is a fashion show in Rome by "Gianni Bellisimo". The correct spelling is Bellissimo.
