Stupidity: At the end of the film, the Rehabs recruit gang members and give them all kinds of guns from shotguns, handguns, and automatic weapons. The cops and deputized citizens have similar weapons. But for all the shooting, not one gang member is hit and only one citizen appears to be shot (aside from the three blown off the building roof by the Rehab tank.) I don't think anyone has any bullets.
Stupidity: Why doesn't Nick just show Darian's parents or maybe even the police the 99 phone messages from her or the shrine underneath his living room? He had had enough of her at this point, and was even willing to move away at that point.
Suggested correction: If you watched the movie you should know that he did tell the police about the shrine. They checked and by that time Adrian removed everything because she's smart.
Stupidity: After Connie has fallen through the ice and is starting to drown, only Henry is trying to save her, lying on the ice in front of the hole she fell through. Meanwhile, all the adults watch behind a barrier. As they watch, Connie is flailing in the water, Henry isn't reaching out his hand far enough, and Connie is going down for the third time. And the adults continue to do nothing. Why wouldn't someone crawl in the ice and save Connie? (00:56:35)
