Revealing mistake: When David pushes the pallets onto the car, it's obvious that there is no-one inside. Similarly, when he uses the forklift to pick up the car a few shots later, we see inside the car and there is only a badly constructed dummy-type object in the back seat, and no real people. Visible crew/equipment: When Henry helps pull Mark onto the treehouse at the beginning of the film, if you look very closely to the left you can just make out a crew member dressed in black helping him on to the platform. The crew member then ducks back under the platform.
Revealing mistake: In the final scene when Annie and Sam are exiting the observation deck coming towards the elevators, the New York skyline backdrop which should be visible behind them is missing, and the entire sound stage wall can be seen beyond the observation deck safety railings instead. Continuity mistake: In the hotel scene where Gavin is murdered, after speaking w/Darby, he eats one of the chocolates on his pillow next to the night stand. He leaves the chocolates and the Westin card on the pillow/bed. Then when they show a shot of Gavin sitting on the bed brushing his teeth while Khamel hides in the closet waiting to murder him, the chocolates and the card are gone. Then, after Khamel murders Gavin, the chocolates and the card reappear back on the pillow as Khamel walks over and eats one. (00:59:55)
Continuity mistake: In the scene in the kitchen while Daniel is looking for a face, his robe is not closed completely at the top, but as soon as Mrs. Stelner enters, the robe is done all the way up and quite tightly. After the face cream in the coffee, Mrs. Doubtfire leaves but quickly sticks her head back in the kitchen and her robe is again loose at the top.
Continuity mistake: When Pacino is talking to Rolando, he has a bottle of beer in his hand. The bottle hops all over the place in the scene. One minute it's in his hand, then on the table, then he's taking a sip from it...without Al Pacino moving. (00:16:25)
Continuity mistake: 20 minutes into the movie, the detectives bring Calogero out to the street to identify who he saw with the gun. You see Calogero walk by Slick, who has his hands around a parking meter with his shirt open and unbuttoned. In the next shot, you see Slick again, but now his shirt is buttoned up.
Continuity mistake: When Arnie is playing with the grasshopper in the letter box, the way he grabs the insect changes between a shot and another one.
Visible crew/equipment: In the prison scene where Popeye is showing Miklo around the part where it's said "Beto Suige lol" the boom mic shows as soon as Beto gets up. (00:45:13)
