Continuity mistake: When D-Fens attacks the Oriental shopkeeper he puts his foot on the shopkeeper's neck and his socks are clearly visible as white. Revealing mistake: When David pushes the pallets onto the car, it's obvious that there is no-one inside. Similarly, when he uses the forklift to pick up the car a few shots later, we see inside the car and there is only a badly constructed dummy-type object in the back seat, and no real people. Visible crew/equipment: When Henry helps pull Mark onto the treehouse at the beginning of the film, if you look very closely to the left you can just make out a crew member dressed in black helping him on to the platform. The crew member then ducks back under the platform.
Revealing mistake: In the final scene when Annie and Sam are exiting the observation deck coming towards the elevators, the New York skyline backdrop which should be visible behind them is missing, and the entire sound stage wall can be seen beyond the observation deck safety railings instead. He leaves the chocolates and the Westin card on the pillow/bed. Then when they show a shot of Gavin sitting on the bed brushing his teeth while Khamel hides in the closet waiting to murder him, the chocolates and the card are gone. Then, after Khamel murders Gavin, the chocolates and the card reappear back on the pillow as Khamel walks over and eats one. (00:59:55)
Continuity mistake: In the scene in the kitchen while Daniel is looking for a face, his robe is not closed completely at the top, but as soon as Mrs. Stelner enters, the robe is done all the way up and quite tightly. Continuity mistake: 20 minutes into the movie, the detectives bring Calogero out to the street to identify who he saw with the gun. You see Calogero walk by Slick, who has his hands around a parking meter with his shirt open and unbuttoned. In the next shot, you see Slick again, but now his shirt is buttoned up.
Continuity mistake: When Arnie is playing with the grasshopper in the letter box, the way he grabs the insect changes between a shot and another one.

Continuity mistake: A blatant mistake if there ever was one. The rebel who is guarding the underground base whacks Otomo with a metal pole on the right hand side of his face, yet when he stands up, his mouth is dislocated to the right, instead of the left. How is that possible?
Continuity mistake: The word "DIREKTOR" written on the glass door of Schindler's office is little in one scene and bigger in another one.
Revealing mistake: Just before A-Wax kills the guy in the red sweatshirt, you can see the squibs bulging on his back, underneath the victim's clothing.
