Continuity mistake: Detective Keith Lui, after some fencing with the sugar cane, finds the only way out from the apartment is to throw himself out of the window. When he is leaping down, he is upright and looking straight ahead. When he lands in front of the group of deadbeats, he is horizontal and parallel to the road. (00:09:20)
Continuity mistake: When Master Pan chases Li to a back area, a couple of guys stop to fight him to give Li a chance to get away. The one with short dreadlocks throws a jump spinning kick at him, and he Pan sends him flying into a ramp with his sword. Later, while Pan is fighting Eric Lee, there is a quick shot of that same guy sitting on the ramp very relaxed, then he vanishes entirely.
Continuity mistake: Brian Hornsby is being questioned by local investigator Alfonso Rodriguez. While he listens to him, he flips through a few photos of Rodriguez' s romantic endeavours. He picks from the pile the last photo, but in the next shot the photo he shows him was the topmost one. (00:12:40)
Visible crew/equipment: After getting the $30,000 off the drug dealer LT is shown high and staggering around the dealer's apartment building. As he walks down the last flight of stairs you can see the camera's shadow fall across LT and the wall next to him. Also, at this point, a foot can be seen (possibly a crew member's) carefully moving out of the way on the floor above at the top left of the screen. (01:01:44)

Continuity mistake: More than once, the Tabasco sauce lid is removed and not put back on yet somehow gets back on before it is removed again. First, Nick drops the lid onto the counter and doesn't pick it up before taking his soup to the table. Jack goes to the counter to get the Tabasco sauce, sits down, then takes the lid off and drops it onto the table. Nick is soon seen holding the Tabasco sauce bottle and, once again, removes the lid. Continuity mistake: Mr. Maurice Horton is dining on the terrace while the bellboy "envelops him", as he puts it. In the close-up of the content, Richard Griffiths 's fingers hold the card by the top left corner. In the previous and following shots though, his hands are at the middle of the card and, even more importantly, there's a flyer behind it that is missing in the close-up. (00:09:25)
Other mistake: When the police drop their weapons to chase after the screaming woman who just took the concentrated love potion, you can see the machine guns have no magazine clips in them.
Visible crew/equipment: One of the punks wisely escapes the beating making a run for it with the paper bag containing the cash. The shopkeeper curses him ""He got away with all my money, the son of a..." As Kurt turns the corner and the camera follows him, the camera casts its shadow on the wall. (00:04:45)
Continuity mistake: Chris's hair becomes disheveled from sweating and his face reddens from pedaling his bike in the Florida heat, but his hair looks combed and dry, and the redness on his cheeks is gone when he stops to let the USN men jog across the road. (00:03:10)
Plot hole: The Frying Dragon team wins the Breaking, Weapons, and Men's Fighting competitions, as well as coming in second place in the Women's Kata, yet they are still only tied for the lead in the end?
Continuity mistake: Peter Weller draws his automatic pistol and cocks it using the slide. He turns to the prisoner. The shot changes and as he walks behind the prisoner he cocks the gun again.
