Continuity mistake: As the guys sit down for a beer and start talking, the viewing angle is from behind the one listening. As they switch to the other one who's about to say something the two bottles of beer magically turn around so you can always read the front label, no matter from which side the scene is shot.
Continuity mistake: When Lily breaks into Roy's apartment, she unscrews two small light bulbs in the fixture next to the front door, throwing that whole end of the hallway into darkness. When Roy returns home, he opens the door and the hallway is brightly lit again. (01:32:45 - 01:34:15)
Continuity mistake: After Mike punches Billy and pushes him down onto the bar, Billy stands up and shakes the popcorn from his face. The camera angle changes, and now Billy has more popcorn stuck to his face than he ever had before. (00:23:45)

Continuity mistake: Bill Murray has fewer balloons when he enters the bank than when he's outside.
Continuity mistake: When Baldwin kills the guy in the barber shop, he uses a Desert Eagle, a semi automatic pistol, yet it never ejects any shells.
Continuity mistake: Dick Tracy and Kid narrowly escape the exploding boiler at Tess' apartment building. They leap to the ground a second before it explodes. As the dust settles, Tracy pushes himself to his feet - to reveal explosion debris that was already underneath him.
Continuity mistake: About five minutes before it ends,Bruno Kirby is sitting down at a table talking to Maximillian Schell and others. He loosens his tie, which lays to his right. The camera cuts away from him, then back to him, and his tie is on the left.
Continuity mistake: In the car chase, the right headlight gets knocked out in the dark sedan, but later shots of the chase show both headlights working on all three cars.
Continuity mistake: When Joey is talking to the Russian man and woman, the Russian woman's handbag keeps appearing and disappearing from her shoulder. (00:37:35)
Continuity mistake: When Graham is trying to electrocute his wife, he leaves the end of the black sticky tape on the opposite side of the bulb to the chain. When his wife tries to put the electricity back on, it's moved half way round the bulb. (00:30:00)
Continuity mistake: In the scene where the crooked sheriff is about to throw Kiefer Sutherland off the train, the sheriff doesn't have any blood on his trouser leg, but if you check the shot right before then, he does have blood on his trouser leg.
Continuity mistake: During the final shootout, when Ritchie comes down the stairs, there is one too few bullets fired for the hits on the walls.
Continuity mistake: Sailor Ripley and Bobby Peru are robbing the Feed Store in Texas. Bobby says "Say cheese" shooting one of the two men. We can see that his right hand is blown off. Cut to a shot of the two men searching for the hand and the victim has a bloody left stump. Then the store dog runs out with a right hand in its mouth.
Continuity mistake: Two shots after introducing himself to Raphael, Casey Jones' hockey mask vanishes from its spot on the grass in the background (full screen version). (00:12:15)
Continuity mistake: When Joey meets the girl at the disco, when he lights her cigarette, she doesn't have her drink in her hand. Her right hand stays raised, with the cigarette, the whole time; but then one shot later, she's holding her drink and cigarette.
Continuity mistake: When Ernest pulls the bank banner off the wall and starts flying around, there's shots of that same wall with the banner back up and the two flags are gone.
Continuity mistake: When the zombie Barry falls on Jordan, he's played by an obvious stunt double who isn't wearing any zombie make-up.
Continuity mistake: A helicopter drops two harnesses down to Chuck Norris (Major McCoy) who is awaiting with an unconscious bad guy, and tethers the villain to the ropes dropped by the hovering copter. The black harness ropes are shown dangling from the chopper throughout. When McCoy radios to "pull us up" with the villain in view, the once visible ropes are nowhere to be seen. Continuity mistake: When Reggies knocks the boxer out he falls by the ropes. Camera changes and he's moved away from the ropes.
