Other mistake: When Tom Hanks is walking down the stairs a chainsaw comes through the wall. If you look at the wall a second earlier you can see a line where the chainsaw is supposed to come through.

Other mistake: In addition to the brake lights, there are no lights at all on the back of the car when you see it driven from behind. However, you can see that the lights are on from the front of the car.
Other mistake: In the beginning of the scene where Gage is killed by the Orinco truck, the truck leaves the plant. The number on the trailer is marked T-80. In the scene, the truck rolls over in the accident. In later scenes where Rachel hitches a ride home with another Orinco truck, the number on the trailer is also marked T-80.
Other mistake: When Nicole is getting attacked near the of the movie, they are seen struggling in silhouette behind a sail. You can see they are facing off to the left of the camera shot. When Ben shoots an emergency flare at Ben through the sail, it somehow ends up in his mouth. Also the sail should have stopped the flare then caught on fire. In the movie it puts a perfect burn hole in the sail and no fire.
Other mistake: At the beginning of the film, there's no way Angela would possibly have been able to know the exact moment the girl would have been walking down the street and what she'd be wearing so she could be wearing the exact outfit.
Other mistake: In the opening credits of the movie, actress Luana Ravegnini's last name is misspelled as "Ravagnini" (00:01:20)
